A View of CalArts

Published in 2021, the book includes photographs that Steve Weir made while a BFA student, 1970-73, and MFA student, 1976-78 at CalArts. The images include students, friends, faculty, and colleagues as well as campus locations. Each copy is signed by the author. Four-color printing gives the monochrome photographs a fine range. Forty-four pages, eight-by-eight inches, and perfect bound.

The book is dedicated to John Bache, a great teacher, mentor, artist, supervisor, and friend. A portion of book sales will be donated to the R. John Bache Memorial Scholarship fund at CalArts.
